WHAT IS OPERATIVE TALENT?

Operative Talent is taking students into restoration shops and automotive facilities, giving them a classic car, and letting them repair, paint, and restore it! Not everything can be learned in a classroom, and Operative Talent aims to provide hands-on, memorable, and meaningful experiences for students to positively shape their career outlook. Our goal is connect mechanical-minded students with industry professionals and introduce them to the world of custom classic car restoration and auto body work. Students will gain training, knowledge, and connections in a fast-growing and exciting automotive industry and their work will be showcased at the world’s most prestigious car shows.
